Sublimation

Digital print or sublimation, is the process of transferring printed ink to a garment, as part of the manufacturing process. All the graphics, including colours, design, badges/logos and text, are printed onto special paper and applied, at high temperature and under pressure, to the fabric of each panel. The ink molecules convert to a gas or "sublimate" and the colours reconstitute within the fabric. The garment is then assembled. Good quality, vector artwork is required but the print possibilities are virtually unlimited.
